Who We Are
RigFresh is operated by NYC Fabrication Workshop LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Our store sells custom die-cut air fresheners printed and fulfilled on demand.
Products and Custom Orders
All products listed as “custom” or “personalized” are made to order based on artwork or logos you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any artwork, logo, trademark, or image you submit. By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited license to reproduce that artwork for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
We reserve the right to decline orders that include content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of others.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and the other payment methods offered at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in product description or pricing, or concerns about the submitted artwork. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping and Production
Orders are produced and shipped by our US-based fulfillment partner. Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days, after which your order ships via standard US carriers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been dispatched.
Cause
10% of every order is donated to the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund.
Intellectual Property
The RigFresh name, logo, site design, and related marks are the property of NYC Fabrication Workshop LLC. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use them.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
