These Terms govern your use of rigfresh.com and purchases from NYC Fabrication Workshop LLC ("RigFresh"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Products & custom orders

Our products are made to order from artwork you provide. By uploading artwork you confirm you own or have the right to use it, and you grant us a license to reproduce it solely to make your order. We proof every custom order and email it to you to approve before production. Colors and cut may vary slightly from the on-screen preview.

Pricing, payment & orders

Prices are in USD and may change. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, infringing artwork, or a pricing error) and will refund any charge.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout at actual carrier cost. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Returns

Because items are custom-made, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your order arrives defective or not as approved, contact us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it.

Intellectual property

The RigFresh name, logo, and site content are our property. You keep the rights to your own uploaded artwork.

Disclaimer & liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
