NYC Fabrication Workshop LLC ("RigFresh", "we") operates rigfresh.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Contact and order details you give us (name, email, shipping address, phone); the artwork/photos you upload to customize products; payment information processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers); and standard analytics/device data (IP, browser, pages viewed) via cookies.

How we use it

To make and ship your order, send order and proof-approval emails, provide support, run our newsletter if you opt in, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We share data only with providers who help us operate — our print/fulfillment partner, payment processor, email and analytics providers — and as required by law. We never sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookies in our cookie banner and in your browser settings.

Your rights — including deletion

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. To delete your data, email support@rigfresh.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and we'll remove your personal information (except records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons) within 30 days. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA, which we honor.

Retention & security

We keep order records as required by law and your uploaded artwork only as long as needed to fulfill and support your order. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.
